Interlibrary Loan

Request items to be borrowed through interlibrary loan by submitting one of the following forms. Fill out form with as much information as possible.

Notice: There is a one item per week limit.  Must be 18 years and older (proof of age may be asked for) to submit request; if younger, parent may submit request.   Fines on library card must be below $5.
