Oshkosh Holiday Parade
WHO wants to be in the parade? 
Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Downtown Oshkosh.


Join our happy herd of Whos as we march with the Downtown BID’s Whoville Holiday float. Oshkosh Public Library and the Downtown Business Improvement District are teaming up for the Oshkosh Holiday Parade.

Who can march?
Kids of all ages. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get involved?
Sign up in the lower level of the library by Nov. 10. On parade day, meet at 5 p.m. at the library for pizza and get your special Whoville headbands. We’ll line up with the float at 6 p.m. Create your own Whoville hairdo or make an appointment with our hair stylist to have your hair done at the library before the parade.
