Roger Ludwig, president of the Midwest Decoy Collectors Association, shares a part of his handcarved, wooden, decoy duck collection. These decoys were all handcrafted by Oshkosh artists, the oldest dating back to the 1920s. A lifelong Oshkosh resident and duck hunter, Roger Ludwig has been collecting decoys since 1957.
