Native American & Earth Day

Join us as we celebrate the contributions and heritage of Native Americans in the Fox Valley region. Oshkosh Public Museum Assistant Curator, Katrina Achilli will show examples of how Native peoples used natural resources, and families will have the opportunity to work on a related project together.

Kristy Krenke, Indigenous Diet & Healing Project Support Specialist for the Oneida Nation, will share information about traditional and seasonal diets. Learn more about growing, harvesting, preparing and preserving traditional food for nutritional and healing purposes.

Win a pass to visit the museum or even a one-year family membership! In addition, to honor Earth Day 2019, you can try your hand at making recycled paper.
