Do I need a library card?
No. If you'd like an Oshkosh Public Library card to check out books, DVDs, CDs, videogames, or stream content, we can help. Bonus! Oshkosh Public Library no longer charges fines, although fees are still assessed for lost or missing materials. Details here.
When can I sign up?

Can I track my activities online?
Yes! Beanstack is a tracking tool that makes it easy for you to register, track your activities and earn prizes. If you already have a Beanstack account, you do not need to create a new one.

How to use Beanstack
Our Winter Reading program is back this year with bestselling author and educator Kate Messner as our featured author. Read for fun, complete simple activities, and tune in to virtual library programs to earn points for prizes such as an activity booklet, pencil and mini notebook, and a coupon for a Free Kids Pizza Ranch meal.

Don’t let a long winter get you down. Embrace what’s magical about Wisconsin winters, including opening some great books. The goal is to read 1,000 minutes this winter! Every 125 minutes logged earns a Wisconsin Winter Badge! Each badge earns you one entry in the End of Winter Raffle. The more badges you earn, the more chances to win!
Prizes
Three separate winners in the End of Winter Raffle will each receive a $25 Downtown Oshkosh gift card.
Prize Pickup
Library staff will contact winners to arrange pickup.
