Tech Lab

The library's Technology Lab is a place to learn, explore and create. To experiment with new technology and take your knowlege to the next level. Let us help you become more digitally savvy and show you how technology can help you to achieve your personal, professional and educational goals. The Lab is located in the library's Lower Level.

What's in the Tech Lab?
The lab features a variety of computers, devices and other equipment, as well as Adobe Creative Suite and other software for audio and video projects.

Open Lab Hours
There are scheduled drop-in sessions for community members to come in and use the Tech Lab. Individuals and small groups may also reserve time in the Tech Lab for projects such as video/audio recording and editing.

June 18       Design and print a 3D planet.
July 16        Personalize your ringtone with Audacity and Soundzabound.
Aug. 20       Learn how to use Canva, a free, online graphic design tool.

Maker Mondays for Families
2nd Monday of the month at 4:30 p.m.
Learn, play, make and explore what's new in technology. Class size is limited. Call 236-5208 to register.
July 8             Personalize your ringtone with Audacity and Soundzabound.
Aug. 12          Create an interactive art with the Makey-Makey and Scratch programming.
