Adjourn to closed session (5.25 hours): The Oshkosh Public Library Board of Trustees will convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes to consider the employment of a public employee over which the Board has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility and Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes for consideration of the social or personal histories of specific persons which if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories and for the following purposes:

1. To make decisions as a board to select a final candidate.
