This interactive presentation looks at how to start a fitness program that takes you “from couch to 5K.” Presenter Stephanie Pereira Da Silva, Health & Fitness Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, will talk about the benefits of running as a family, show you how to get started and highlight the new free Summer Fun Runs starting in June at Winnebago County Park.

Find out about the trails and paths that you can walk, ride, roll and hike in Winnebago County. Learn about opportunities for active transportation, connecting routes to destinations and efforts to make local roads safer for biking and walking.

The Oshkosh Public Library is a stop on this year’s BikeOsh route. Stop by and get your Pedal Pass stamped and pick up some library swag. Ride the entire route and learn about bike-friendly communities and healthy living through biking.
These programs are free and open to the public.
