Tom is the Executive Director of the Winnebago County Literacy Council. In his spare time, Tom likes to travel and Geocache. He has found more than 4,000 geocaches worldwide.

Sheila is a Wisconsin native who loves creating repurposed designs that spark joy. Chalk paint designs and vintage items are her passion at her business, Sweet Serendipity. She also holds workshops to teach others how to create their own special designs.

Texas native Trent Wester started baking sourdough bread during his first winter in Wisconsin in early 2017. That summer, his hobby blossomed into Thunderbird Bakery. After a successful first season, Thunderbird Bakery is currently working to expand into a commercial space that will allow them to sell in both wholesale and retail capacities.

Justin Cole has been the Graphic Designer for OPL since 2017. He’s been instrumental in forging the new look for our event guides. He obtained his undergraduate degree from University of Texas-Austin in 2011. He’s currently working towards his MLS from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Zach Clark and Ian Wenger had no idea that when they began brewing in the basement of Clark's college house on the UW-Oshkosh Campus in 2012, that they’d be opening Fifth Ward Brewery in 2017.

Dr. Cassie Asmondy completed her undergraduate degree at UW-Oshkosh before going on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College in Iowa. She practices at First Care Chiropractic on the west side of town. When not working, you can find her at the dog park with her two dogs or curled up on the couch with a good Jodi Picoult novel.

Jennel Erickson is a cosmetologist at Kudos Salon and Spa in Oshkosh. "With well over 25 years of experience, I have found that this is the profession that makes my heart sing."

Adam began Eroding Winds in 2015 as an online retailer. It quickly transitioned into a physical retail store in September of 2016.

Elle Mae has been helping thousands of people believe in themselves for more than a decade. She runs the largest burlesque school in the state of Wisconsin, and has directed the award-winning burlesque troupe, Certified Sexy Burlesque, right here in Oshkosh, since 2014. She was recently given the Wisconsin Burlesque Ambassador Award, and she teaches burlesque classes at her studio weekly.

Eric Egan is a human being who owns both a bicycle and a car.

Rose is a graphic designer who likes building and fixing things (or at least trying to).

Jon Doemel is a community-minded restaurant owner with 21 years of restaurant experience. When he’s not thinking up new pizza favorites at ZaRoni’s or at an Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce meeting, Jon is working on his righteous ‘stache.

Brinkley's Boutique offers fun women's fashions, accessories and shoes at affordable prices for the everyday lady. They opened their downtown Oshkosh location two years ago and have a location in Ripon as well.

Michael graduated with a BA in History from the University of San Diego and received his Master's in Library Science at San Jose State University. He moved to Oshkosh in 2012 and has been at the Oshkosh Public Library since 2013. Michael became Genealogy & Local History Librarian in 2017.

Jody got his start in brewing seven years ago and quickly became an avid homebrewer. Reading every book he could about beer and brewing and soaking in as much knowledge as he could, a hobby quickly became an obsession. He began to work at it professionally and in 2018 he made a return to Bare Bones as Head Brewer.
