Texas native Trent Wester started baking sourdough bread during his first winter in Wisconsin in early 2017. That summer, his hobby blossomed into Thunderbird Bakery. After a successful first season, Thunderbird Bakery is currently working to expand into a commercial space that will allow them to sell in both wholesale and retail capacities.

She runs the largest burlesque school in the state of Wisconsin, and has directed the award-winning burlesque troupe, Certified Sexy Burlesque, right here in Oshkosh, since 2014. She was recently given the Wisconsin Burlesque Ambassador Award, and she teaches burlesque classes at her studio weekly.
