| 6. 2022 OPL Pay Plan: The 2022 pay plan matrix is presented for Library Board consideration. The hourly rates in this matrix are 2.5% higher than those in the 2021 matrix. These rules (pgs 373-379 of the November 18, 2021 meeting document packet) are based upon the rules that have been adopted by the City of Oshkosh for its Common Council and for all boards and commissions except the Library. | YES | |
