Convert your VHS tapes to DVD or flash drive

The library has a VHS conversion station that can be used to transfer home videos from VHS to DVD or flash drive!

There are two ways to reserve an appointment for one, two or three hours.

The library has a VHS conversion station available for public use. The equipment allows you to transfer video from VHS to DVD or flash drive. Instructions are provided. You can purchase a blank DVD (120 minutes) for $1 or a flash drive (4 GB) for $2.50 at the Information Services Desk located on the 2nd floor.

Conversion takes place in real time, so please make sure you have set aside enough time in your schedule for the length of the VHS you want to convert. Please check in at the desk when you arrive at the 2nd floor to collect the equipment you'll need.

Covid-19: Please maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself and others. Masks that cover both the nose and mouth are required for everyone ages 2 and older in the library. If you are sick, please stay home and call the library to adjust your appointment as needed.
