Movies in the Park The Grand Opera House, Water City Church, UWO Department of Continuing Education and Extension, Intergen and the Downtown Oshkosh BID are proud to welcome the return of Movies in the Park to downtown Oshkosh. The free movie starts at dusk in Opera House Square. Bring a blanket!
