Strategic Plan Update 2008 - 2011

In July, 2007, the Oshkosh Public Library Board of Trustees approved a plan that set a course for library development through 2010. New vision and mission statements were adopted. A set of guiding principles was put forward. And strategic goals and objectives were articulated to guide actions.

In August, 2008, Library Administration presented an update of progress towards the goals and objectives along with recommendations for changes to the plan.

On September 25, 2008, the Library Board adopted a revised strategic plan, covering 2008 - 2011.
