Sign-up begins on May 31
for the Teen Summer Reading Program


Get in the Game Read!How does it work?  Sign-up at the library and receive your Summer Reading Bingo card.

Then what?

  1. Create bingo by finishing 5 tasks in a row on your bingo card.
  2. Return your bingo card to the library for a prize by August 26.
  3. You may claim only 1 prize per bingo card. But you can complete up to 3 cards.
  4. In order for books, graphic novels, etc. to count they must be read between May 31 and August 26.

Why?  To win prizes!  Prizes this year include books, DVDs, gift cards, Amazon song downloads, candy, gum and more!

Teen Summer Events
All teen events are FREE!  For students entering grades 6-12. 
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.  Located in the lower level meeting rooms.

Teen DIY: Sharpie Tie-dye

1-2 p.m.

Create wearable art with science!  Use Sharpie markers and rubbing alcohol to tie dye shirts, socks, pillow cases and more. Bring a white, cotton item to dye or use what we have.

Who doesn’t like kittens? Come to the library to help The Oshkosh Area Humane Society socialize kittens and make a fundraising craft for the Oshkosh Area Humane Society’s gift shop.

Free Bus Rides to the Library!
June 6 - August 28


If you are under 18, show your library card and ride FREE to the Oshkosh Public LIbrary!
It's easy!

  • Get on the bus.
  • Show your library card.
  • Route #3 stops in front of the library or get off at the Downtown Transit Center for a brief walk to the library.
  • Be sure to get a ticket for a free ride home at the library's service desk.

Buses leave downtown every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Questions? Call GO Transit at 232-5340.
