Dr. Wayne Wiegand will present the history and continuing importance of public libraries.

The American public library is a civic institution that supports democracy through unbiased, free access to information. But the millions of people who use libraries value them even more as public spaces where people read, learn, and build community.

Racing for Autism

Kevin Hanegraaf, father of boys with autism and driver of the Allies of Autism off-road race team talks about dirt track racing and raising autism awareness.   Kevin’s off road truck will be in the library parking lot for viewing.  An autism book display and information about other autism local organizations will be available.
