Winter Reading Program for Adults & Teens.

Check out a book from the library. When you finish reading three books, turn in your entry form at the 2nd floor Reference Desk or submit the online form at http://www.oshkoshpubliclibrary.org/readers/winterreadingprogramform and choose a free book for yourself. Any kind of book counts—fiction, nonfiction, young adult, eBooks and audiobooks.

Are you losing your insurance or need to purchase insurance for the first time? Representatives will be available to answer questions.

  • Ask Application Assistors general questions about the Affordable Care Act.
  • Speak with representatives from insurance plans offered through the Marketplace.
  • Get answers to questions about deductibles and find out which providers are included in the network.

Located in the Lower level meeting room.
