Freedom to Read Scavenger Hunt
Starting Monday, Oct. 2, 50 books will be hidden at different locations around the city–10 copies of 5 titles with various censorship history. Find the hidden books by following the daily clues posted on our Facebook account. The books are yours to keep!
Show off your Freedom to Read by sharing a photo of yourself with your discovered book with us. Join the conversation about these books, intellectual freedom, book banning, and censorship by attending a book discussion at Planet Perk and watching informational videos on the library’s YouTube channel. The hunt will continue all month long until all copies have been found!
