The Club meets to share in the common interest of creative writing and provide a supportive forum for feedback of members' work. All events are free and open to persons 17 years & older. “Animated Shorts,” a teen animation workshop, 1 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17, in the lower level meeting room of the Oshkosh Public Library, 106 Washington Ave. Teens will work with animator Jason Love to create an original digital movie using flip books, digital cameras and Windows Movie Maker. At the end of the workshop, each participant can take home a copy of the computer animated short film they created. No experience is necessary to attend the 2.5 hour workshop that is open to teens in grades 6 -12. Limited seats are available so pre-registration is required.
