The report identifies local indicators for excellence to monitor trend data and to provide comparisons with state and national benchmarks. The report also identifies community strengths and weaknesses and highlights issues to watch.
Quality of Life Survey
A Quality of Life in Oshkosh Survey was recently conducted by the St. Norbert College Survey Center located in De Pere, Wisconsin on behalf of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation, the Oshkosh Northwestern, University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh Foundation and the Oshkosh Area United Way. The study gathered information from residents of the greater Oshkosh area regarding their views on various Quality of Life issues including healthcare, education, insurance, employment, housing, crime and others.

Advocap Business Development Program
The goal of the Business Development Program is to help persons with low incomes gain self sufficiency through self employment. The program administers a Business Development Loan Fund which provides loans to start-up and existing eligible businesses. ADVOCAP is designated as a lender by the US Small Business Administration for the Micro Loan Program.
